Self Assessment Questionnaires for Tribunal Chairmen and Members

The Care Standards Tribunal (CST) has adopted the Judicial Studies Board (JSB) Competence Framework for Chairmen and Members of Tribunals.

The Competence Framework is used to evaluate our performance and all Chairmen and Members should be encouraged to complete a self assessment questionnaire at the end of each hearing that they are involved in. These questionnaires can be downloaded below and should be sent to the President when completed.
