The Secretary of State in relation to the Protection of Children Act list, the protection of Vulnerable Adults List, prohibition from working in schools or working with Children (List 99);
The Commission of Social Care Inspection or the Welsh Assembly Government in relation to registration of care service;
Of stead or the Welsh Assembly Government in relation to registration of childcare provision;
The General Social Care Council or Care Council Wales in relation to the registration of social workers and social care workers
