Procedural rules
All appeals are processed under The Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Health, Education and Social Care Chamber) Rules 2008 SI2008 No. 2699. These rules set out the arrangements for handling appeals and the responsibilities of the parties involved in an appeal.
