Registered Homes Tribunal
This was the Tribunal that heard appeals in relation to the registration of nursing homes, care homes and children's homes prior to the implementation of the Care Standards Act 2000. Appeals made under the Registered Homes Act 1984 in England have all been dealt with. Decisions made by the RHT are available on this site, please see RHT Decisions.
