Registered Homes Tribunal
The Registered Homes Tribunal was responsible for hearing appeals in relation to the registration of nursing homes, care homes and children's homes, prior to the implementation of the Care Standards Act 2000. Appeals made under the Registered Homes Act 1984 in England have all been dealt with. Decisions made by the RHT are available on this site, please see RHT Decisions.
